Ride Malfunction at Favorite Way to Spend the Day Results in No Deaths

Today, one of our rides at Favorite Way to Spend the Day malfunctioned and broke from its rails.

Thankfully, there were no casualties. Two of the eight individuals on the ride have been critically injured and the other remaining passengers are being treated for minor wounds.

Our entire team is investigating how this malfunction may have occurred. We understand the severity of the situation. We are wholeheartedly committed to determining the accident’s cause and resolving the issue.

Public safety is at the forefront of our company’s values. The wellbeing of our customers is always the top priority here at Favorite Way to Spend the Day.

Going forward, we will do everything in our power to ensure that there will be no future malfunctions that result in injury.

We will revisit and reevaluate all current protocols, and certify that all current safety operations are extensive and well-tested.

As the investigation unfolds, we wish those who are injured a quick and easy recovery.

Everybody’s Favorite Way to Spend the Day

Dear Team,

As many of you may have heard, a roller coaster broke from its rails today. Two passengers were critically injured, while eight suffered minor injuries. Thankfully, nobody has been killed.

We are taking this incident extremely seriously. An extensive investigation has been launched. Our team has pledged to determine the accident’s cause with a thorough evaluation of all mechanical and systemic issues.

We understand any discomfort or distress that employees may feel.

If you are feeling uneasy, there are various confidential resources and services available to ensure mental wellbeing. Please contact HR for additional information.

If anyone sees online posts that are spreading misinformation, we ask that you flag it, report it to the media platform, and then forward it to HR so the tech team can further handle it.

Public safety is the foundation of our mission. After we diagnose the ride’s issue, we will be increasing park-wide safety measures.

All protocols will be revisited. Safety logs will be reread. Every screw will be checked and safety-proofed. Emergency equipment will be reassessed.

More details will follow. But for now, we are all in this together.

Our team works best when in unison, so it is vital we are all on the same page.
